Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your service and reserve your time.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Appointments canceled with proper notice may transfer their deposit one time if rescheduled within 48 hours. After that, a new deposit is required.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be subject to a $15 late fee. Additional fees may apply if the service exceeds the scheduled time.
Clients arriving 20 minutes late or more will forfeit their appointment and deposit.
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price. Clients with unpaid balances will be unable to rebook until paid in full.
All communication regarding appointments must be made via text message. Emails are not monitored in real time.
All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.
